He brings more than 30 years of technology management, consulting and operations experience that spans a wide range of industries.  He is an expert in improving enterprises’ ITIL and best practice models, creating balanced scorecards and IT measurement programs, technology business management (TBM) and implementing technology governance and policy. He has helped clients with national and global projects, including operational performance optimization, service chargeback models, service catalogues, cost reduction initiatives, sourcing strategies and IT operations consulting. Chris is ITIL v3 certified.

Karen Collyer is a director in ISG’s Digital Practice and works with our clients to optimize their IT operations and transform their organizations to align to business outcomes. She brings more than 20 years of technology management, enterprise project management, consulting, innovation and implementation experience that spans a wide range of verticals and industries. At ISG, Karen has specialized in technology enablement engagements that range from app and ERP development to website resdesign to user experience alignment. She is ITIL v3 certified, holds a Master’s degree from the University of Waterloo and consistently focuses on delivering value to the business.

Norm Smith leads the ISG Global Demand Generation team and serves as the lead product sales executive for ISG InformX™. Prior to this position, he was a member of the ISG Sourcing Strategy team. He has significant experience in sales, marketing, strategy, business transformations, change management, services and partnerships. He has held operational leadership and consulting positions in both public and private companies ranging in size from start-ups to global multi-nationals.

Kathy works with enterprises across ISG’s client base to address unique business challenges leveraging our Data & Analytics methodologies and tools. Whether she is developing and deploying delivery methodologies or serving as the go-between for global teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery, she earns rave reviews from her clients. Throughout her more than 20-year career in information technology management and business operations, Kathy has linked IT to business value and assessed the performance of internal operations and outsourcing relationships. Her industry expertise includes oil and gas, aerospace and defense, retail, finance and local government.
