ISG Impact™ Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Information Services Group, Inc., 2187 Atlantic Street, Stamford, CT 06902 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. However, employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies, and other Sponsor-designated persons and entities involved in the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win in this Sweepstakes. 

3. ABOUT THIS SWEEPSTAKES: This Sweepstakes comprises three (3) monthly prize drawings. The entry periods for the monthly drawings are as follows:

Each monthly drawing will include only entries received within the specified entry period for that monthly drawing, and no entry will be included in more than one monthly drawing. Sponsor-designated computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. If you reside in the Central or Pacific Time Zone, it is entirely your responsibility to observe time zone differences.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, download the ISG Impact™ mobile app and register an account on the app during one of the entry periods specified above. ISG Impact™ is a free app available in the Apple App Store (for iOS devices with iOS 11.0 or later) and Google Play (for Android devices with Android 5.1 or later). Upon successful registration on the ISG Impact™ app, an eligible registrant will automatically be entered into the applicable monthly drawing. By registering an account on the ISG Impact™ app, you represent and warrant that all personal information provided by you is your own information and is truthful and accurate.

This Sweepstakes is limited to the entry method specified above, and no other method of entry is allowed or accepted. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE REGISTRANT.  No registrant (whether iOS or Android) will receive more than one entry or be entered more than once into this Sweepstakes. A registrant will not receive more than one entry by downloading the ISG Impact™ app on more than one device. Anyone who attempts to gain multiple entries by registering more than one account on the app (such as by using different names and emails) will automatically be disqualified from this Sweepstakes. NOTE: If you cancel your account on the ISG Impact™ app, re-registration on the app will not give you a second entry in this Sweepstakes.

5. CONDUCT OF MONTHLY DRAWINGS AND SELECTION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will conduct the monthly drawings on the following dates:

• The first monthly drawing to be conducted on July 20, 2018;
• The second monthly drawing to be conducted on August 20, 2018; and
• The third monthly drawing to be conducted on September 20, 2018.

Each monthly drawing will randomly select two (2) winners from among eligible entries received within the specified entry period for that monthly drawing. A total of eight (8) winners will be selected in this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants accept and agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding.   

6. PRIZE: A winner in this Sweepstakes will receive one of the following (as applicable):

• A winner that is an iOS registrant will receive an Apple Watch Series 1, 42mm Space Gray Aluminum Black Sport Band, which has an approximate retail value (ARV) of US$ 241.00.
• A winner that is an Android registrant will receive an Amazon Echo Show Black and an Amazon Cloud Cam which has an approximate retail value (ARV) of US$ 250.  

Prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or other goods or services. Sponsor reserves the right to award a substitute prize/prize component of equal or greater value.   

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE: Within approximately 48 hours following each monthly drawing, Sponsor will notify the winners of that monthly drawing via email. A winner must follow the instructions provided in the Sponsor notification email to claim the applicable prize. Prior to awarding the prize, Sponsor may require a winner to sign and return an affidavit and release form (as provided by Sponsor) and an applicable tax form (if required by law). If a winner fails to contact Sponsor to claim a prize, or if a winner fails to return the required documentation to Sponsor in a timely manner, or if a winner is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible or have violated any of the provisions of these Official Rules, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. In such event, Sponsor may award the forfeited or unclaimed prize to an alternate winner randomly selected by Sponsor.

Subject to the foregoing, Sponsor will arrange for shipping of the applicable prize to a winner’s designated mailing address (via a shipping method determined by Sponsor), within approximately 72 hours after all six (6) winners of this Sweepstakes have been selected. 

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies, and other Sponsor-designated persons and entities involved in the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sponsor and Related Parties”), against and from any and all third-party claims arising out of or related to: (i) your participation in this Sweepstakes; (ii) your violation of any of the provisions of these Official Rules; and/or (iii) your claiming, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.
2. By entering this Sweepstakes, you forever release Sponsor and Related Parties from any and all claims and liabilities whatsoever arising out of or related to the conduct of this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.
3. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of your name, email address, and other personal information (as and to the extent provided by you) in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy published at https://www.isg-one.com/privacy-policy.
4. If you are selected as a winner in this Sweepstakes, then as part of the consideration for the receipt of the applicable prize, you expressly give permission to Sponsor and its affiliates and their respective agents and designees to publish your name and prize information in connection with promoting and publicizing this Sweepstakes, including via Sponsor’s and its affiliates’ websites and social media channels.
5. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for: any late, lost, stolen, forged, mutilated, corrupted, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entry; any error, omission, misinformation, or misidentification in any entry; any error, failure, malfunction, or service interruption of the Apple App Store or Google Play; any error, failure, malfunction, or service interruption of any third-party wireless carrier; any error, failure, malfunction, or service interruption of Sponsor’s or its affiliates’ computer systems, servers, networks, websites, or social media channels; any machine or equipment failure or malfunction, electrical service interruption, or any Act of God; and/or any damage to your or any other person’s computer hardware, software or data that results from participation in this Sweepstakes or accessing, downloading or using any tools, files, data, software, or other materials in connection with this Sweepstakes.
6. These Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut (without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof). If any provision of these Official Rules is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed modified in such manner as to render such provision valid, legal, and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law in such jurisdiction. The remaining provisions of these Official Rules shall not be affected thereby, and shall continue in full force and effect.
